March is a great month for the Irish Community and the IBO.
Please support all of our great upcoming events, including our March 8th Networking Party, March 17th St. Patrick's Parade (IBO Marching), plus our two other networking events this month (full Irish breakfast on 3/21/06 and NJ Networking Meeting on 3/21/06).
We also have a great IBO Theater Night on March 29th at the Irish Arts Center (please see information below).
Also, if you are an existing IBO member, please pay your dues by March 8th to ensure that your membership does not lapse (and that you maintain your status if you are currently a member in good standing).

Clayton James has been in the health, fitness and wellness industry for over 25 years. He has
always been active in sports, competition and currently is exploring cutting edge workout concepts
such as Functional and Core training . In 2006 Clayton has been expanding his knowledge in the
fields of Muscle Activation, Postural Dysfunctions, Musculskeletal Imbalances and Faulty
Movement Patterns to promote optimal performance in life, play and sports.
Clayton received his BA in Physical Education from San Francisco State University in 1982. He is
certified as a Personal Trainer by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
For the past 10 years Clayton has been a Personal Trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY in Manhattan
and has trained celebrities such as Tyra Banks and Chris Rock. He was the Fitness Manager at the
Levi Strauss Fitness Center in San Francisco, California from 1986 thru 1993.
Clayton’s interests outside of fitness include Ireland’s culture, especially it’s traditional music. He
has lost track of the number of times that he has traveled to Ireland, but the number is somewhere
around 15. Clayton’s dream would be to retire in Ireland and help make Ireland fitter, leaner and healthier.

MARCH 8TH - 7PM
IBO Celebrating St. Patrick's Day and The Immigration Reform March
The IBO will host its Annual St. Patrick's Day Networking Party on March 8th at the Pig 'n Whistle from 7pm onwards.
So call 1-800-331-9301 now to reserve your spot.
Two Hour Open Bar from 7pm to 9pm, selection of hot food, live entertainment.
MEMBERS PRICING: $45 NON-MEMBERS: $55
This year's party is dedicated to the The Irish Lobby for Immigration Reform (ILIR) in recognition and support of the work they are doing. The Irish Lobby for Immigration Reform has been set up to lobby the US government on behalf of the estimated 40,000 undocumented Irish in the US.
We recognize the need for tighter security in this post 9/11 world but the ILIR is established to help the 40,000 Irish toiling in the shadows as construction workers, nannies and waitresses. Their presence is not a threat to the United States. The undocumented Irish just want to have the same chance offered to the Irish throughout the years.
Under current immigration law, it is almost impossible for an Irish person to legally immigrate to the US. Recent proposals would criminalise the undocumented Irish already here. This would effectively end Irish immigration to the US. It would sever the centuries-old link between the countries and destroy our shared heritage.
Where would America be without the Irish? Where would Ireland be without America? These questions have to be factored into any debate about immigration. The Irish contribution, both culturally and economically, to the US has been enormous. America's friendship has been a source of strength for Ireland from the 1800s to today.
The IBO St. Patrick's Party will be at the Pig 'n Whistle located at 47th Street and 7th Avenue, Upstairs from 7pm onwards. For those of us that are unable to attend the March it is a great way for us to show our support not only of the march itself but what is our heritage thanks to the courage of the generations that have gone before us.
A petition will be available at the party for those interested in signing and we hope to have a representative at the event to talk briefly about the Immigration Reform effort.
We will also have live music courtesy of Shay Mac. So, there are a lot of good reasons to celebrate with us...good music, food and drink, great company in the form of old and new friends of the IBO, and an important cause.
So call 1-800-331-9301 now to reserve your spot.
Two Hour Open Bar from 7pm to 9pm, selection of hot food, live entertainment.
MEMBERS PRICING: $45 NON-MEMBERS: $55

Can passion change a man?
He was a clerk in a welfare office. A Belfast Protestant who followed all the rules. He loved who he was supposed to love. He lived where he was expected to live. He fought who he was taught to fight.
That is, until one night—a night in November—when Kenneth McAllister did the most exciting, outrageous, crazy, mad thing he’d ever done. Join Kenneth on his hilarious, rebellious journey from Belfast to New York.
Following sell-out runs at the Tricycle Theatre, London and the Edinburgh Festival, the Irish Arts Center, in association with Georganne Aldrich Heller & Ed Burke, presents the return of the smash hit comedy—A Night in November—from award-winning author of the Tony-Nominated Stones in His Pockets, Marie Jones.
