Drawing is tentatively planned for 12/20/06 at the IBO's annual Christmas party at Hurley's Irish Pub - 232 West 48th St., Manhattan. Limited tickets are available. Winners need not be present at drawing. Rules and conditions apply. Update: 12/20/06, there will still be a few tickets available to buy at tonight's Christmas Party !
